If you were instructed by a Techspot employee to be here please follow the instructions below to get remote support Setup:

STEP 1 :

Download our Remote Support Software by clicking the button below

If the download is blocked of failed CLICK HERE


STEP 2 :

Navigate to the files Downloaded location and double click to open the file “Techspot_Remote_Support.exe”

Step 3 :

After opening the file you should see a screen similar to the one below:


Keep Right-clicking the NEXT button until you see a  “Install” Button and continue to the Next Step

Step 4:

Make sure after installation is complete that you select “No, I will restart the computer later” and click “Finish”

Step 5 :

Go to your Desktop and double-click on the icon pictured below and give the “Your ID” & “Password” to the Techspot Technician
